Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
