Ingredients (8 Servings)
- 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (Canned)
- 1 tbso of Adobo Sauce
- 1 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 cup of Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt (Or Full Fat Sour Cream)
- 1/2 cup of Cilantro (Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp of Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp of Ground Coriander
- Kosher Salt (To taste)
Cooking Steps
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. This will take around 2-3 minutes, or continue to puree until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
- Pour into a jar and refrigerate. This can be made and stored for up to 1 month.
- Enjoy on salads, as a dipping sauce, or even as a meat marinade.
