- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
