Ingredients (8 Servings)

  • 16 ounces of Cream Cheese (Room temperature)
  • 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 cup of cooked Bacon (Crumbled and divided in half)
  • 1/4 cup of Green Onion (Diced)
  • 1/4 cup of Cranberries (Dried)
  • 1 packet of Ranch Seasoning Mix

Garnish:

  • Green Onions (Diced)

Cooking Steps

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until fluffy.
  2. Add in ranch mix, green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese dried cranberries, and 1/2 cup of the bacon crumbles.
  3. Stir with a spatula to combine.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll the ball into the remaining 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
